I'm posting this to archive the comment emotes from the Red Dead Redemption Korean fan community that I drew. There are a lot of Korean memes on emote, but honestly I can't translate them into English lol.
I love that RDR Korean fan community.

I can’t remember where I saw it but I saw someone recently post about how loyal and protective Joe is over Micah and is basically his guard dog as he’s so big, strong and brutish.
Tbh, I just wanna see Micah get pounded by someone he projects his daddy issues onto and I think Joe is kinda perfect for that.
god...... I'm tempted to just wing it and write this.

Playing Red dead Online has really made me understand why Micah and Joe got along to the point where they stuck together for years after the VDL gang disbanded

Hey, if there is still an empty space in your 6 cowboys meme draw, I would love to see Lemonade Joe (from the movie Lemonda Joe from 1964) with all of them. He's just so silly and goofy, I think he'd have a great time with the whole gang

Joe's appearance in Chapter 6 of the RDR story is completely different from his appearance in RDO.
I honestly didn't expect him to be such a talkative person lol
-
Given the characterization in RDO that Joe doesn't have many friends, it's possible that he's more of a loner who just doesn't want to talk to the Van Der Linde gang, which is why he didn't talk to Arthur much in Chapter 6, and why he didn't tell Dutch about John falling off the train.
However, the portrayal in my drawing is slightly exaggerated for the sake of the joke. In fact, when Arthur antagonizes him, Joe sometimes responds with “You don't look so good”. It's just my opinion, but if he had been in the van der Linde gang with Micah in the first place, he might have had a chance to get to know Bill, Javier, and Arthur...
He also has an extreme aversion to betrayal, and since he doesn't know much about the Van der Lind gang, he can't help but think that Arthur and John are trying to betray Boss Dutch and his friend Micah.
Add to that the fact that he refers to himself as “Old Joe” and the wrinkles on his face and hands suggest that his actual age is probably considerably older than Micah's. Maybe he's actually about the same age as Dutch.
Joe's old age and his long experience as a Hired gun for various factions, including the Italian Mafia, it's my Headcanon that Arthur and John's actions that put them at odds with Dutch might have been viewed by Joe as simply younger gang members “rebelling” against their boss...

Joe is literally so funny. He's known Micah for years and somehow says that he's willing to trust him with his life but not his money. Will kill anyone, women and children included, but draws the line at being called a liar and wrongfully accused of murder. Looks like some dumb musclehead but is actually pretty smart and he can read and write. Regularly talks about himself in the third person like an old guy. Has tattoos specific to French prisoners even though he speaks with a clearly American accent??? He's got a rocking horse and chickens in his grubby little cabin in the woods and lives off cigarettes, gun oil and spite. Randomly says he saw a nightstalker once, never elaborates.

‘God, for reasons best known to yourself, you have chosen to put a lot of bad people in the world. People who would rather steal a thing than make it. Who would rather break a thing than grow it. People who will set fire to a thing just to watch it burn. I know. I’ve run across a few of them. I’ve ridden with them. I suppose I’ve been one of them. Perhaps they seem like monsters, these people. But the truth is, it takes no sorcery to make a man do bad things. Bad company. Bad choices. Bad luck. A no more than average level of cowardice. But gathered here today, humbly seeking your blessing, you see a different kind of people. Not perfect, surely. Each with their faults. Some uncharitable. Some prone to drink. Some just a little on the grasping side. But every one of these people came out here to make something! Every one of them chose to take the hard way! The right way! To brave the perils of the wilderness so they could build new lives with their hands and their sweat and their righteous effort! These are the good people, God! Your children, ranged before you, hopeful and persevering! Shield them from the storm! Guide them through the trials of this day, and every day!’
— Red Country by Joe Abercrombie
‘A prayer from an unbelieving preacher to an unbelieving congregation from a score of nations where they all disbelieve in different things.’
Shy shrugged. ‘We’re in the Far Country now. Guess folk need something new to doubt.’ Then, to the rest, ‘He’ll say the best damn prayer you ever heard! His name’s Temple, ain’t it? How religious can you get?’
